Healthy Recipes Your Kids May Actually Eat!
The new year is a great time to hit refresh, not just mentally but physically. After a season of celebration and indulgence, January brings a chance to re-center and focus on nourishing our bodies. Rather than embarking on that journey solo, though, we dug into the depths of our resources (aka our favorite blogs!) to find recipes that sound oh-so-delicious to us and will hopefully be things our kids will try, too!
PS. When you have a little extra time, include the kids in your dinner prep! Mine are always much more willing to try something new that they've helped prepare. Plus, matching aprons are almost as cute as our matching sets!
