Returns

We want you to be thrilled with every La Paloma purchase! In the event that you're not, all unused, unwashed full-price purchases may be returned within 14 days. The items should be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.

The customer is responsible to pay shipping for all returned items. For more information contact us care@shoplapaloma.com to initiate a return.

We do not offer exchanges. Instead, return the item for store credit and place a brand new order for the perfect fit or style. We offer store credit for all gift returns. The original buyer will not be notified of gift returns.

To process a return:

      1. Send us an email to care@shoplapaloma.com and include your name, order number and item(s) you are returning.
      2. We will respond with a return shipping address and any additional instructions.
      3. Once you receive that, please send the item back in its original packaging to the address provided in the email. Please do not ship back prior to hearing from us, as we cannot be responsible for items returned to us without notification and/or items that are returned with an untrackable shipping alternative. 

Once your return has been received, we will issue your refund to the original form of payment used. Please allow 10 business days to ensure that your refund is credited. You will be notified via email when your return package is received and your refund has been processed.
