Childhood is magic.

About La Paloma

One night while getting her two daughters ready for bed, Jen found herself yanking an already-pilling-pajama in a rather uninspiring print over her daughter's head.

It was then and there that a small unassuming idea took root in her mind:

What if she could make artful pieces in beautiful fabrics for kids to sleep, lounge and play?

Not as crazy as it sounds.

The Backstory

One moment you're getting your kids ready for bed and the next you're launching a line of apparel for women and kids! Sounds crazy, I know, but in many ways everything else Jen had done had really led to this moment.

Before La Paloma Jen was a textiles major at the University of Texas 🤘🏼 and moved to Los Angeles after graduation where she started her career as a wardrobe stylist for television, red carpets and commercials.

In 2016 she returned to her Texas roots with her husband and 2 year-old daughter. She hung up her styling hat and worked in marketing and digital content creation.

What we make.

Everyday Pieces for Every Day.

Think luxe cotton ribbed knit sets for tree climbing and tree pose, house dresses for living your (best) life and the softest organic cotton pajama sets you've ever laid hands on.

We are always thinking of ways we can bring a little more magic to your everyday, even if it's just the most adorable cotton ruffle pillow that your kids can sleep with every night and squeeze into their suitcase when you're on the road.

Fewer, better.

People and Planet

La Paloma was born from the belief that childhood is magic and so much of that magic is thanks to this beautiful planet we inhabit– splashing in creeks, diving head first into the ocean, hiking through thick forests and marveling at star-filled skies. As a brand we are mindful of the duty we have to people and planet.

We believe in fewer, better things which means that we spend more on higher quality materials and more ethical manufacturing.

We believe that natural fibers are better and in using 100% recycled materials and water-based inks for our packaging.

We believe in the next generation and the adventures they'll have– swimming beneath waterfalls, hiking jagged peaks and showing the wonders of our beautiful planet to their kids some day.
