WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

All unused, unwashed purchases may be returned within 14 days. The items should be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. We are not able to offer free shipping on returned items. For more information see our full return policy or contact us care@shoplapaloma.com to initiate a return.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

All non-custom orders are shipped within 2-3 business days via USPS. You should receive your order in 3-8 business days. For expedited shipping, please contact care@shoplapaloma.com within 6 hours of placing your order.

Custom chainstitched orders take an additional 1-2 weeks. If you are hoping to receive by a specific date, please contact us at care@shoplapaloma.com.

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

Shipping is $5 for all regular domestic orders under $60 shipped within the United States. We offer free standard shipping for all orders over $60. For expedited shipping, please contact care@shoplapaloma.com within 6 hours of placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate! 

WILL LA PALOMA PIECES SHRINK?

All of our pieces have been pre-washed both in the fabric and garment stages to ensure ultimate softness and as a result should not experience any significant shrinkage. As with all cotton clothing, though, machine drying will increase the degree of shrinking. I personally tumble dry all of our pieces on low, but if you are particularly worried about shrinkage I would recommend laying flat to dry.

Machine wash cold with like colors and tumble dry on low heat.

HOW DO YOU ENSURE QUALITY?

From the very beginning of La Paloma’s inception, there has been an uncompromising emphasis on quality. From the durability and softness of fabrics to the construction of each garment, it is one of our top priorities to make sure we exceed your expectations in quality every time.

WHERE IS LA PALOMA MADE?

When we were first beginning to source manufacturing for La Paloma, I felt really strongly about manufacturing here in the US. We actually first worked with a small manufacturer in downtown Manhattan before moving on to another one in Los Angeles. We were chasing the best quality and a team of people that we could really see as partners. It was in Los Angeles that we met our current manufacturing partner who is based in Los Angeles and runs factories in both LA and China. We are manufactured in their Chinese fair wage, family-owned factory. We receive photos and videos throughout the process from the printing to sewing to the quality checks they do. While 'Made in China' can have negative connotations, we have found the highest quality with this manufacturer and love the team we work with there. Know that when you support La Paloma, you support a team of Austin and Los Angeles-based mothers, as well as our female partners in China who are able to do dignified work for a fair wage.
